Natural Building Boards

Create, build and imagine with our 11-Piece Natural Wooden Building Boards Set, a wonderfully versatile open-ended wooden building toy for toddlers, pre-schoolers and older children too.

Handcrafted from FSC-certified premium limewood, each wooden building board is left unpainted to celebrate the natural colour, grain and beauty of the wood. Simple by design, these boards give little builders the freedom to turn their ideas into something completely their own.

Stack them, balance them and build with them to create roads, ramps, bridges, tunnels, ball runs and imaginative small-world play scenes. Add toy cars, peg people or favourite figures and suddenly a simple set of wooden boards can become a whole new world.

Perfect for Montessori-inspired and open-ended play, the Building Boards encourage children to explore concepts such as balance, weight, space and construction through hands-on play. Building and experimenting can also help develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, problem-solving and spatial awareness.

Designed to work beautifully on their own, the boards can also be paired with Tor’s Rainbow Stacker and Wooden Semi-Circles for even more building and balancing possibilities.

The set includes 11 natural wooden building boards, each measuring 8mm thick and 7cm wide, with lengths ranging from 10cm to 37cm.

A timeless addition to any wooden toy collection, these beautifully simple building boards offer endless possibilities for creative play, with no instructions and no single right way to build.
